THE SIGNAL FLAGS

YELLOW FLAG

Immobile (warning): danger slow down; no overtaking
Agitated: serious danger, slow down possibly ready to stop; no overtaking

YELLOW FLAG WITH RED VERTICAL STRIPES

Slippery road surface due to oil or other reasons (gravel, dirt, debris, etc...)

RED FLAG.

Track closure signal: finish the lap and return to the pit; during races immediate and absolute stop of all vehicles

GREEN FLAG.

Cessation of previously reported hazard; clear runway

WHITE FLAG

Report the presence of a service vehicle on the track (ambulance, fire, etc...)

BLUE FLAG.

Immobile: warns one pilot who is being followed very closely by another
Agitated: warns a driver that another driver is trying or about to overtake him; facilitate overtaking

FLAGS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE DIRECTOR

CHECKERED FLAG

Stop signal at the end of the run

BLACK FLAG.

Accompanied by the race number orders the driver to pit within three laps of the display

BLACK FLAG WITH ORANGE DISC

Accompanied by the race number signals the driver that his car has mechanical problems or fire principle and that he must pit on the next lap

FLAG DIVIDED INTO TWO TRIANGLES (BLACK AND WHITE)

Accompanied by the race number, a final warning to the driver, for unsportsmanlike conduct, before the display of the BLACK flag

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

MOTORCYCLE FREE PRACTICE

Maxi Scooters and Supermotards of any displacement are NOT allowed on the track during free practice days.

RECOVERY SESSION

In case of bad weather or due to personal problems (health, work, family), with telephone communication (confirmed by email/fax), it is possible to recover the entrance to the track (half day/full day), at a later date, always with reservation and by the additional payment of € 30.00, to be paid directly to the Secretary of the Autodrome at the time of presentation, on the day designated for recovery.
PLEASE NOTE: During the practice session (half day/full day), the right to request recovery is lost, in case of even momentary and/or partial use of the circuit.
If the management declares the "runway closed" due to rain, snow or other hazardous conditions, the unused runway entrance is instead recoverable free of charge.

CLOTHING TO ACCESS THE MOTORCYCLE TRIALS

Technical leather clothing in good condition is mandatory: leather suit (full or divisible as long as joined by zipper), full face helmet (no modular, openable), back protector, technical track boots, technical leather track gloves.

MOTORCYCLE NOISE DURING FREE PRACTICE

All motorcycles must mount original exhausts. Alternatively, "racing/after-market" mufflers may be fitted but with a mandatory dB Killer (cap) installed.
Motorcycles with "racing" mufflers without dB Killer (cap) will be blocked at the entrance gate and prevented from entering the track.
Motorcycles found to be too noisy in any case (either with original exhausts - or with racing exhausts with dB Killer) will be stopped and subjected to phonometric verification using the following methodology:
• motorcycle at ¾ RPM;
• Sound level meter at 50 cm. from the drain at a side angle of 45°;
• measurement shall not exceed 95 dB(A) for road motorcycle days, and 98 dB(A) for racing/track motorcycle days.
Bikes exceeding the above limits will be stopped permanently.

FREE PRACTICE FORMULAS AND COMPETITION CARS

The free practice days for competition cars are divided into two categories called: Formule Free Practice and Competition Car Free Practice.

FREE PRACTICE FORMULAS

On the days reserved for FORMULE, participation is reserved, except in special cases, exclusively for formula cars of the following types: F.3 - F.4 - GP3 - F. Renault 2000 - F. Abarth - F. Master - F. Azzurra - F. ADAC - F. BMW - F.Gloria.
The use of the track provides for the type of OPEN TRACK, with the possibility of access to the track in the permitted time slots and pre-indicated on the site www.varano.it and at the secretariat of the Autodrome.
Included in the price, subject to exceptions, is the rental of a single track box of about 40 sq. meters.

CAR RACING FREE PRACTICE

On the days reserved for COMPETITION CARS, participation is reserved, except in special cases, exclusively for the following types of cars: TOURISM cars various classes, Formulas various classes, Sports prototypes, Historic cars.
The use of the track involves the type of TURNS divided by type of cars, of the duration and in the time slot indicated at the time of purchase and pre-indicated at the secretariat of the Autodrome.

ROAD CARS TOURIST CIRCULATION - RALLY

The free practice days for competition cars are divided into three categories called Driving Fast Day (DFD), Open Pit Lane (OPL) and Varano Rally Krono (VRK).

DRIVING FAST DAY (DFD)

On the days called DRIVING FAST DAY, participation is reserved, with exceptions, only for the following types of cars: all street cars conforming to the Highway Code (test plates not valid). NON-TARGED cars will also be accepted, with dedicated shifts. UNTARGED cars are defined as those cars that have been struck off the PRA. NO RACING CARS unless excepted.
All cars must have exhausts that are compliant with maximum noise at 95 dB(A). Cars with open/modified exhausts (Cup-Challenge-Step 2- Step 3 exhausts-without catalytic converters-without bottoms) will not be accepted. It is MANDATORY to wear an approved helmet and seat belt.
The use of the track involves the type of TURNS divided by type of cars, of the duration and in the time slot indicated at the time of purchase and pre-indicated at the secretariat of the Autodrome.
One or more shifts may be scheduled on the day, in which it will be possible to ride with a passenger on board (only one and of legal age), who must be equipped with a homologated helmet and will be required to wear seat belts.

OPEN PIT LANE (OPL)

On the days called OPEN PIT LANE, participation is reserved, with exceptions, only for the following types of cars: all road cars conforming to the Highway Code (test plates are not valid). UNTARGED cars will also be accepted. UNTARGED cars are defined as those cars that have been struck off the PRA. NO CAR FROM.
The use of the track provides for the type of OPEN TRACK, with the possibility of access to the track in the permitted time slots and pre-indicated on the site www.varano.it and at the secretariat of the Autodrome.
All cars must have exhausts in accordance with standards with maximum noise at 95 dB(A). Cars with open/modified exhausts (Cup-Challenge-Step 2- Step 3 exhausts-without catalytic converters-without bottoms) will not be accepted.
It is MANDATORY to wear an approved helmet and seat belt.
One or more time slots may be scheduled on the day, in which it will be possible to ride with a passenger on board (only one and of legal age), who must be equipped with an approved helmet and will be required to wear seat belts.
Included in the price is timekeeping via Transponders delivered at the track entrance. All times will go to supplement the file of comparisons (found on the internet in .xls format), which provides for the division of cars into categories (A01-A02-A03, ect. ect.) based on power-to-weight ratio.

VARANO RALLY KRONO (VRK)

On the days called VARANO RALLY KRONO, participation is reserved, with some exceptions, exclusively for the following types of cars: rally cars various groups or categories; Stradali, Challenge, Salita, Drift cars.
The use of the track includes, barring exceptions or special cases with access to the track during the permitted and pre-indicated time slots at www.varano.it and at the racetrack secretary's office, two and a half hours of free laps/shake down; followed by the simulation of three Special Stages on the same track configuration (barring exceptions).
All cars must have exhausts in accordance with standards with maximum noise at 95 dB(A). Cars with open/modified exhausts (Cup-Challenge-Step 2- Step 3 exhausts-without catalytic converters-without bottoms) will not be accepted.
It is MANDATORY to wear an approved helmet and seat belt.
It is MANDATORY to have a navigator or passenger on board who must be equipped with an approved helmet and will be required to wear belts.
Included in the price is timekeeping via Transponders delivered at the track entrance.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise regarding the interpretation, execution and termination of the relationship, the parties acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Parma, subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree. 206/05 (Cod. d. Cons).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is there a need to log in or sign up for the shop?

To make the ON LINE reservation and subsequent payment, you must be registered beings on the site, filling out the form in all the required fields. Access to the shop will be through a username and password that you create when you sign up.

How does the "On Line Reservation" function?

Search the calendar for the date you want to book, make sure the event is the one you choose (the various events are divided by color). Check availability and click on the "+" symbol to book.

How does check out work?

Once you have chosen the amount(s) of seats available, click on the BOOK button. Your shopping cart will be displayed in which what you have reserved and its price will be indicated.

Where can I enter my information or request an invoice?

The data should be entered at the time of registration, if you have arrived in the cart this operation has already been done.
In the shopping cart you find the possibility, via two buttons, to choose the issuance of receipt or invoice; also in a NOTE box you can enter text to change the billing information. to continue with the payment remember to check the box in which you state that you accept the terms of sale (required).

What payment method is used?

Payment is made on the PAYPAL circuit, where you can pay via your PayPal account or by CREDIT CARD.

I make a purchase for me and my friends: where can I enter my friends' information?

On PayPal you will find a text field that you can fill in by entering the names of the friends you are paying for.

Where can I find the payment receipt?

PayPal will send the payment receipt with your details listed, to the email address you entered for the payment process.
This receipt has a unique number and should be printed, kept and presented when collecting wristbands or tickets at the racetrack.

Is VAT and bank fees included in the price?

Yes, they are included.
